ADVANCED SOCCER PROGRAMS
Hillandale Sports Association offers a more competitive soccer program through an affiliation with Triangle United Soccer Association. This program is called (ADP) Advanced Development Program and information can be found on the Triangle United Soccer Association Website.

At Hillandale, each child is given equal playing time and the opportunity to try all positions, so they can learn the sport and enjoy the positive benefits of exercise and being on a team. The emphasis is on fun and learning the game. Without pressure to "win", coaches and kids can focus on skill development and teamwork.
Practices are one night per week. When you register you have the opportunity to select your preferred night of practice. In addition, we do our best to honor special requests to play on the same team as friends or specific coaches.
Games are generally played on Saturday mornings. Depending on league registrations and teams formed there may be occasional Friday evening games.
League Fees are $75.00 per player.
