HSA - Soccer

Hillandale soccer

One night a week, on the night of the player's choice. We practice and play all games Eno Valley Elementary, except the All-Girl league, which practices at Hillandale Elementary. Games are played on Friday nights and Saturday mornings.

At HSA, we believe in small-sided teams and big fields. Small-sided teams teach players both offense and defense roles, so players become well rounded and understand the roles and importance of teammates. The smaller number of field players also provides the opportunity for kids to develop physical and technical abilities, as each child has an increased number of contacts with the ball and has more actual playing time. Big fields mean more room to make plays and to encourage passing and strategy.
